Is Online Care Only Available for Certain Conditions?

We can diagnose over 3,000 skin, hair and nail conditions via our online dermatology care platform. The most common conditions we treat are acne, eczema, and rosacea.

How Much Does an Online Dermatology Visit Cost?

The cost of an online visit is $99. That includes the diagnosis, personalized treatment plan and routing appropriate prescriptions to your preferred pharmacy.

Is this Medical Service covered by insurance?

No. Currently tele-dermatology services are not covered by insurance. However, patients can use their Health Spending Accounts (HSA) or Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) for treatment.

How Soon Can I Expect a Diagnosis?

You will receive a diagnosis in three business days or sooner. You can receive counseling from the dermatologist for up to 30 days concerning the diagnosis and treatment for a single condition.

What If I Need a Biopsy?

If it is determined that an in-office procedure is needed, our staff will contact you to schedule an appointment as soon as possible.

Do I need to have a current skin condition to open an account?

No. You can create an account at any time. When an issue arises your account will be set-up so you can receive quick and convenient care. You can save your profile at any point in the process and return to complete your visit when you need it.

Is My Personal Health Information Kept Confidential?

Yes! Our online dermatology care platform is secure and 100% HIPAA and HITECH compliant.

Yes. All payments, including copays, deductibles, and coinsurances, are due at the time of your visit.

Yes. However, for these no interest payment plans, our minimum purchase is $1000, except for Allergan products (BOTOX®/Juvéderm®) where there is no minimum. Any mix of products and services both cosmetic and medical can be combined to make up the minimum purchase.
Medical consultation fees vary depending on the complexity of your problem and the medical circumstances of your case. Please contact us to discuss and obtain an estimate.
We work strictly by appointments and therefore expect 24 hour notice for any cancellations so that we can offer the time to another patient who may be waiting. If we do not receive 24 hour notice, a $75.00 no-show fee will be incurred.
